So what is the Boxing Inclusion Zone?

The BIZ is an all inclusive gym and boxing club with tailor made boxfit sessions for the community during the evening, weekends and holidays. During the school day we are open exclusively for those pupils who may be at risk of exclusion from school. To see our timetable of classes, please click here. Parking is FREE.

The Gym

The BIZ offers facilities for all your fitness needs under one roof. Whether it’s for aerobic weight training or for a specific sport you will find a wide variety of state of the art Matrix equipment. From expert to beginner there is equipment that will suit you. Our dedicated training staff will push you to your limit and beyond. Go to the gallery or click here to see photos of the gym.

Boxing

We are an exciting new club practising the art of amateur boxing while developing individual fitness, strength, mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. You can come and join us at any age from 7 upwards; both male and female boxers are welcome. Open to all levels of experience from the complete novice to competitive standard athletes. We want to include you.

The Runnymede Police Community Boxing Club based at the BIZ is already one of the up and coming clubs registered both with the Police Community Clubs of Great Britain and Southern Counties Amateur Boxing Association.

Contender Am-Box

The BIZ is proud to announce that the Police Community Clubs of Great Britain’s Contender Am-Box Youth Boxing and Education Programme is now live and is being delivered both at local schools and at the BIZ. The Contender Am-Box programme aims to “promote and improve positive attitudes, behaviour, attendance, tolerance of others and a healthy life style of young people in school.”

During school hours the BIZ is open exclusively to local schools and Referral Units for those students who are at risk from exclusion. This will allow these students to continue their studies as well as taking part in olympic style non-contact boxing skills lessons.
